Bootique Nutrition and Weight Loss Coaching involves:
- 30 or 60 minute weekly coaching to suit your needs
- Learning how to eat for your goals and your specific body type
- 21st Century Mind-set Coaching to fuel motivation
- Access to weekly menu plans, recipes and resources
- Face to Face or REMOTE support via Skype or Face-time
- Be a caring coach but holding you accountable which equals results!
Bespoke and Individual dietary plans can be designed upon request for an additional fee.
Although I do offer face to face coaching sessions in my Bootique Fitness office, I know it’s not always easy to attend sessions in person due to location, work, family and personal commitments. I coach clients all over the UK. We can even talk whilst you are on holiday.
I offer REMOTE weight loss or nutritional coaching via skype or face-time so no need to travel. We can agree 30 or 60 minute sessions according to your needs and progress. All you need is access to a phone, tablet or laptop. All resources will be provided in electronic format for you to download.
