Pre & Post Natal Fitness
Bootique Fitness can help you to experience a healthy pregnancy and the quickest recovery possible. You’ll be in safe hands as I not only operate as a specialist in this area; I am also responsible for training fitness instructors nationally to use these skills.
Small Group Training
You can save on specialist personal training in small groups of 3 to 4 participants. Benefit from shared motivation and fun, team work and socialise to make new friends. Bootique Fitness offers a range of small group training sessions to suit your goals.
